Established in 2017, ZDS specializes in food-grade, beverage tanker cleaning, maintenance, and repair to the stainless-steel portion of transport tankers. The CIP skid used by ZDS was designed and built by our sister company, Zajac, LLC, a premier full-service liquid process company.  Located directly across the street from the wash bay, Zajac, LLC specializes in system design, engineering, automation, fabrication, and installation for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The ZDS facility maintains the only tanker wash bay north of the New York City area. ZDS is a certified “Women-Owned” small business. ZDS is Kosher certified and the wash process including the sanitize agents have been certified as organic by the Maine governing board of organic growers and processors.
